Hermes Agent (the "App", OAuth application name OpenClaw-Email) is a private, owner-operated automation tool run by Yungsten Tech. It accesses Google account data only after the account owner grants consent through Google's standard OAuth flow, and it acts solely on that owner's behalf, using that owner's own permissions. This policy explains what the App accesses and how that information is handled.
The App does not request or use Gmail/email scopes.
Data is used exclusively to perform the automation tasks the account owner asks the App to do (organizing Drive, drafting documents, managing calendar events, and similar). The App does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
OAuth credentials (refresh tokens) are stored securely on Yungsten Tech's own server infrastructure with restricted access, solely to maintain authorized access on the owner's behalf. Short-lived access tokens are cached transiently and are regenerable. The App does not maintain a separate long-term copy of Drive or Calendar contents beyond what a requested task requires; transient artifacts are discarded when no longer needed.
Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The only sharing that occurs is the explicit, owner-requested action of sharing a Drive file with, or sending a calendar invitation to, a recipient the owner names.
Yungsten Tech's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
An account owner can revoke the App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation immediately ends the App's ability to access that account.
