Hermes Agent (the "App") is a private automation tool operated by Yungsten Tech for its own account owners. It is not a public, multi-tenant product; access is limited to a small set of accounts known personally to the operator.
The App may be used only by the account owner who has granted it access, and only to automate that owner's own Google Drive and Google Calendar workflows. Use it lawfully and in accordance with Google's applicable terms and policies.
The App's handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Yungsten Tech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
